The expert BIM team produced the LOD 450 model according to the contract documents. Along with that, highlighted the potential issues in the drawings and related to the coordination or contractability angle. Team Oriole played a key role in orchestrating the whole process from the model development through the shop drawing and quantity extraction.
Team Oriole made a major impact by highlighting the issues to the consultants and the trade contractors during the coordination meetings with the best possible solutions.The project involved multiple trades, critical structure, and more than a couple of thousand documents, making this project very challenging. Frequent design changes added to the complexity, requiring meticulous tracking and review of each modification. Oriole’s team carefully analyzed all updates, identified potential issues, and proactively raised concerns with intelligent assumptions where necessary. During the entire tenure, 300+ RFIs have been generated. This approach ensured seamless coordination and a well-integrated project workflow.
